Mandrel bent aluminized steel or 409 stainless steel exhaust system for 85-89 Merkur XR4Ti's using Stinger style center mount header. 3" tailpipe on the driver's side does require slight trimming of the gas tank plastic shroud (not the tank itself), can be used on passenger side as well. Single kits ordered with clamps include (3) 3" Torctite Stainless Steel Clamps. Dual kits ordered with clamps include (2) 3" and (2) 2.5" Torctite Clamps.

Turbo blanket is suggested for use with tubular header to protect the spark plug wires and other items from the heat of the 1600 deg turbo exhaust housing. 

Flex pipes are suggested for use with tubular header. 

Flex pipe and cat require removing a section of the exhaust to make room these items. 1.5" flex pipe is for wastegate dump tube. 

Pipes are sent with additional length to allow trimming for different muffler sizes.

Note a few of the pictures show a stock downpipe, a header downpipe is included in the kit, not the stock downpipe shown. The pictures just show the shape of the entire exhaust when assembled.
