If you want a USB connection with your PiMPx | PiMPxs | PiMPxshift ECU and don't want to use the standard side port, and you already have an expansion harness then this is what you need. Drivers are native for Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 so there is no driver to install for functionality.
