The Microsquirt is a small entry-level ECU that comes completely assembled, in a rugged, weatherproof nylon enclosure, with a high quality Ampseal connector and 3 foot stub wiring harness with serial cable; one end is terminated to an Ampseal plug and the other open-ended for attaching to the engine sensors and components. It's designed to control a wide array of applications. It can function as an engine control unit, transmission control unit, or a module that connects to an ECU via CAN and acts as an I/O expander. This unit is built with the MS II/ HCS12 processor and runs the same software. Firmware change is required for each different function. 3.0 x 3.75 inch case size.
