-89-95 Thunderbird minor wiring mods
-85-95 F-150, Bronco, 1st Gen Lightning (Trans controller like our PiMPxshift required for E4OD or 4R70w applications)
-85-97 F-250 or F-350 with manual transmission or non-computer controlled auto trans (E4OD or 4R70w equipped vehicles would use PiMPxshift version of this kit)-Cobra Kit Cars & Other vehicles using engines or harness from batch fire applications
-All applications above can run sequential EFI with this ECU if wired for sequential injection and running our CAS on the distributor, or a crank trigger and cam position sensor.

-Virtually any other batch fired EEC-IV EFI (OBD-1, ~1983-1995) Non-Mustang Ford vehicles without computer controlled transmission

If a PiMPx is purchased for batch fire V8's, a handful of wires will have to be moved which we'll explain how to do. 

All of the software and documentation needed to get you up and running comes on a 1GB USB Flash Drive. That way you don't need wireless internet to access these items. A 20+ page startup guide covers every detail to get you up and running including PiMPx installation, software setup, and hardware configuration. The PiMPx section of our Tech Forum is available to cover any questions you may have that aren't covered in the startup guide.

Note that all PiMPx ECU's are built exactly the same from a hardware standpoint. The end user can configure the PiMPx to work with the vehicles/engines listed above without needing to send the unit back for upgrading or modification. This means you can use it in a 2.3 powered car. Then if you purchase another 83-95 Ford down the road, you can re-configure it to work in the new car without issue. This is a feature that is exclusive to the PiMPx and not available elsewhere. 

Also note that the PiMPx comes with all features built-in. No need to pay for each feature or send it back to upgrade to additional features (unless they are advanced features that are not listed above). Some features do require some external hardware (nitrous solenoids, boost solenoid, flex fuel sensor, water injection pump, switches or relays, solid state relays, etc.). Also note that you can get $60 worth of software for only $39.99 with this ECU which you will not find anywhere else.

Add Internal Real-Time Baro:
It is rare that our customers use real-time barometric adjustment so we've made it an optional add-on due to the cost of the sensor itself (no reason to have you pay for something you won't use). It's rare to use because it's only really beneficial when you frequently drive over large mountain ranges with over 6000ft of elevation change. It could be considered reasonable to use it if you drive through elevation changes above 2000ft but the benefit is minimal compared to the benefit at higher elevation changes.
Note this has nothing to do with the elevation you live at, it's only related to elevation change while driving (so someone living in Denver that doesn't drive this vehicle over the mountains wouldn't need it any more than someone living at sea level).
