Speed Density Lightning and Truck w/ 5.8 Engine
In 1988 the 5.8 engine went from carburetor to fuel injection in most applications. In 1993 Ford changed the intake and heads to boost performance and installed the engine in the Lightning Pick-up trucks. This wiring kit is designed for the 1993 and 1994 Lightning engines but will work on 95 or 96 speed density trucks as well as long as they still have the EEC-IV ECU. Will not work on Mass-Air (MAF) applications. The E40D, E40D-E, C-6 and manual transmissions were put behind this engine. These era of engines came both mass air and speed density and depended on build criteria and location of use in states. The ML-93 is set up for speed density.
Harnesses are drop shipped by Ron Francis via UPS ground service and most of them are made to order (not stocked) so immediate shipment is not expected.
