Billet Aluminum Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator - This billet aluminum adjustable fuel pressure regulator has been one of the most popular regulators in the Ford marketplace since its introduction in the mid-1990s.
One of the key features is the fact it closely resembles the factory fuel pressure regulator in format and size. This design enables it to work with almost every different aftermarket intake available for the popular 5.0 Mustangs.
Small and lightweight, it doesn't crack stock fuel rails on 2.3L applications (unlike other aftermarket regulators). This is the ONLY regulator we have ran on our own project cars for the last 20 years and we've never had a rail failure or any regulator issues.
Regulator is boost referenced (pressure rises with positive pressure) at a 1:1 ratio like the stock regulator so it's perfect for a stock replacement, or for boosted applications as well.
The entire unit is 100% brand new and has two O-rings internally, so it will never leak. Adjustments can easily be made without removing the vacuum line, since the adjustment screw is a separate part on the top.
This adjustable fuel regulator is totally adjustable from 30-100 psi. It has a larger feed and return fittings internally for 30% more fuel flow which reduces fuel restriction of the fuel regulator. This increased flow allows you to run a larger fuel pump without having issues keeping the fuel pressure at stock levels (the stock regulator sometimes can't return enough fuel to the tank and pressure builds up at idle because of it, causing a rich condition). If necessary, the regulator can easily be rebuilt as the diaphragms are available separately.
This regulator can not only deliver 75 pounds of pressure, but it can also be set below stock fuel pressure if the car runs larger than stock injectors.
The fuel pressure regulator comes with new hardware to attach it to the stock fuel rail.
We are proud to say this entire adjustable fuel regulator has always been 100% Made in the U.S.A. and by the same supplier.

PLUS OTHER APPLICATIONS! The 3-bolt mounting format can also be used in several other Ford applications besides the ones noted above. Ford basically used either a 2-bolt or 3-bolt mounting design during the 1990s on their fuel rails. If your vehicle has a 3-bolt regulator, this one will work for your application.
